Previdus is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679).

Previdus is a pre-launch intelligence platform providing regulatory, market, and competitive analysis for Belgian founders and their professional advisors. BCE registration pending.

We collect the following personal data when you submit an access request through our website:

When you download the Previdus Intake Form, no personal data is collected at the point of download. Data submitted within the completed form is processed separately under a client engagement agreement.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics at this time. A standard session cookie may be set by our hosting provider for operational purposes only.

No other third parties have access to your personal data. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any commercial third parties.

06 — Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage your access request and any resulting engagement. If your application is unsuccessful, your data is deleted within 90 days. If you become a beta participant, your data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 12 months of its conclusion unless a longer retention period is required by law.

09 — Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely via our hosting provider's encrypted infrastructure.

10 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Previdus platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
